right....the reason you were all over was cause you have the stock springs and such yes? I have ss/sc springs, new tires, and a front strut bar....helps ALOT lol.
No set date yet, but we are working on it
It was my first time at the track....next weekend im going back to the track....hopefully some times will improve

hey guys i really really need some tuning software. i just boosted the 07. so now i have a 07 ls 2.2 5 spd turbo'd and its not very easy to drive. mods are solid motor mount, poly trans mount. short throw. t3 42/48 garret turbo. 2.5 dp back exhaust . 2.5 ic piping. jrc 27x7x3.5 intercooler and a 1g dsm bov. put it all together myself did all my welding. and it looks good. just runs like crap. i cant put the 42's in my car because theyre too big. right now i have gtp injectors in it . rich at idle and lean out at the top. im pushing 10 lbs of boost and can only get 1/4-1/2 way into it. i purchased a afc 2.2 off zzp. and it doesnt work . and now theyre giving me a run around on returing it and getting my money back. i need something to get this thing tuned . its my daily driver and no extra vehicle. so i m wondering if the tuning is avalible and how much its going to be i need it as long as its a garantee that it will run .

i can drive it and keep it in good a/f i just cant get on it. its bugging me that its not 100% finished and it needs to be. and there is no way to park it its my only car. what kind of piggy back would u suggest ?? bc i need something

you're kinda doin this backwards, you're supposed to have a tuning solution before you finish boosting your car
look into the AEM FIC or the SMT 6/7...there are tons of threads on these already if you do a search.

well i had the afc 2.2 that i ordered which they sent me broke. im trying to return it and they are giving me a hard time. but this is what i was using to get a base so i could run my 42's to get a basic tune out of it till something more came out. i think im just going to order a new afc. ive read a bit on it and it doesnt seem difiicult. and from my understanding will work for what i need right now. the 34's just arent enough fuel.

so we dyno tuned the balt yest turned out very good. ended up that we started out before the tune at 136whp (corrected SAE #s) and with the tune i am at 147whp(corrected sae #s). I have the dyno sheets but they are not up yet and you can all compare them. The car runs GREAT and we found that 5th gear on this car at 6500 rpm will run you to 162mph we have a dyno showing this as well...so no spectics!! He said that he should be ready to market the tune for the 2006 2.2 manual (auto tuning to come soon) within about a mo...will let you know exactly when he is ready when i hear. He is VERY excited to get set on this!!!! He is actually looking to buy a 2006 2.2l cobalt
any questions?? (except for dyno sheets, they will be up later)

It doesn't "stop" it's limited. Just removing the limiter doesn't make the car go faster (it allows it to go faster); removing the limiter simply allows the car to reach it's top speed potential from stock. Tuning w/ removing the limiter would allow it to make more power and reach higher potential speeds and reach lower speeds in a quicker time.
I want to see tuning that will make it easy and beneficial to tune for: air intake modifications (CAI, SRI, intake manifold upgrade, cylinder head upgrade), exhaust upgrades (header, d/p, catback); ignition upgrades; camshaft changes; rim and tire size changes, etc. It would also be nice to have a tuner that would allow you to have several different tunes to choose from after customizing them for your car (stock, max economy (most MPG with reasonable power), economy 2 (more MPG with stock power), performance (most power on low octane fuel) and race (most power on high octane fuel).
