So how do you maintain the pressure in the fuel rail?

Their fuel pump.

I don't know if you guys have this in the UK but most of the cars being produced in the US are becoming returnless for emissions reasons. The fuel pump either changes the fuel pressure constantly or it has a valve that helps change the fuel pressure so there is no need for fuel to return to the tank.

Good question.

For the most part, you shouldn't need to raise your fuel pressure. That's the benefit of PCM tuning and switching fuel injector sizes in conjunction with PCM tuning. If you had to, one way is just getting a inline fuel pump. Messing with fuel pressure can do more harm than good especially when it comes to the fuel injectors and how efficiently they operate.

PCM tuning is a piece of **** in the US and seemingly very trustable etc. Over here its a sack of crap! I dont trust 99% of the "tuners" in this country!

The swapping of Injectors seems to be the most reliable way to do it. I'm thinking 2.0 S/C injectors would be enough as I'm only after 200bhp with mods, and the stock 2.2 ones max out at 195ish.
