I will work on adding downpipes to the thread.

The GMPP cams come in two different types. There are blanks that need to be ground, as mentioned. There are ALSO finished cams from GMPP, which are the ones listed above. As it says, they are new for 2006. Look in the GMPP 2006 parts catalog.

Please keep posts in this thread limited to new product additions.

What do the 2006 SS owners do about the secondary air injection that was added to our car?

What header would work best for us?

At present, the only exhaust option truely available to cars equipped with SAI is the complete removal of the system, both intake and exhaust side. While I don't know for sure, I bet such an option would result in a continuous CEL.

Can we add clutches and flywheels ect.. to this sticky? I think I saw an excedy clutch and a clutch on nopi's website. I haven't seen too many threads on 2.2 aftermarket clutches and was wondering if those were just smoke and mirrors.

I have the SAI on my 06. Some people tell me that K&N has a cold air intake with an adapter for SAI hose...true? If so I can't find a link or the CAI any where. All I can find is the short one...I don't want that one.

I'm interested in this too, I heard K&N's intake supports SAI but I have yet to see a picture of it in action.

That is correct. The K&N does work on SAI cars.

From what I understand, the Venom manifold is no longer produced. It was designed specifically for the L61, but I have no information on it being used in the Cobalt.

Link is in post #1. The "shorty" as you call it I'm pretty sure is the one we are all talking about. Follow K&N's link to the instructions for installation and you you will find the details about SAI.

I can't thank you enough Halfcent. Wonder if we cant get a GB on these going for all the SAI cars? Otherwise i'll just have to save.

If there's a GB I'd most likely be in, seeing as this is the only option we have for an intake without extra fabrication. I don't like K&N's filters though, I'd probably just use their intake piping and replace the filter with AEM or the GMPP filter element.

What? If you are saying you know of a new product and want to post about it, then yes. Put the info in a post and I will update the list.

Are these all power oriented modifications? Or are some of these for helping the car with the problems between the seat and the wheel?
