Cam ?
cams have nothing to do with piston movement.....it has to do with valve movement, diff cam profiles will determine how much and how long and when a valve is depressed in relation to the pistons movement throughout the strokes...diff cams make diff power in diff rpm ranges.....
stg 1 cams are more daily driver friendly...
honestly if you wanna make big NA power, go with a more aggressive cam grind and try to raise the redline to around 7.2k or so and get new valve springs and get a new light weight crank shaftt and have it rebalance to like 9k rpms.... then with nitrous your power range will be really igh up top at 7k rpms..
