no, the results are that you are a shitty driver, and you cant say the intake helped your 1/4 mile time by a second because you were so far off
if you run a 20 second quarter mile, and change your shoes, you cant claim your new shoes took 4 seconds off your time, especially when you still run slower than a stock cobalt with your 'custom turbo intake'

agreed....an auto 2.2 with 16 inch wheels can run 16.6 stock

17.4 is slower than what a stock can do

yeah, seems to me they put their letters in the same order just so they can have decals on their cars that say JDM & SRT. pretty lame. what's next...TRD?

there is a car club in Tampa, FL that is called Street Racers of Tampa.....SRT.....but they are mainly composed of SRT-4s....so its not gay......but uh....yea....shouldnt we move on from this thread already...sheesh....it says CMD intake and it is all ****-talking

first i want to say great job on making your own intake. if it works it works awesome. next i have to agree that the intake did not shave a second off your time because your first time was really kinda sad. maybe it helped tho. i built my own and my car feels a little faster. not a sec tho. some of that is the driver. you should be in the 15s too. my only complaint about the intake is the tube is rough and the air is not going to move as well through it. if you change the tuping then you might get even more of a gain. again nice job on doin it yourself tho. at least you took the time to producve something worthwhile instead of using your parents money to hook up your car like almost everyone else on this site does
