Crank Problem Still

Hey all, I still am having an extended engine crank problem / RPM fluctuation as start up. The weird thing is I can have 10 good starts in a row. Then it cranks... I changed the spark plugs and I am still having the same problem. Any ideas? The only thing I am unsure of is where the hose on this piece goes, also could be causing the problem

I have 2.2L LT / SC bolt on kit. Tuned.

that port is for the boost control solenoid....your car doesn't have that. So you can just cap that off if you want to.

Now for the extended crank.....does this happen after it sits overnight or something?

Thank you for step 1 :p. No it can happen at random. For example I put the new plugs in, started up right away. Turn it off and started it up again and then the crank. So on an so forth. Also the rpm spikes happen at random also.

Probably shouldn't cap that port off. On the 2.2 and 2.4 it is supposed to be left open
