i have a 5 speed manual so no neutral where talking the speed one... there is no reason to rev past 2 grand in neurtal anyways..

wonder how hard it would be to switch back to the cavalier throttle by cable,and there ecu...theres a ton out there for them, including tuning

base tuning? problem diagnosis?

I'm pretty sure it's talking about a launch limiter, but in order to take advantage of it you'd need a higher stall.
