an 06 lt coupe is the same as an 05 ls coupe... the changed the badge this year... a ton of people have them including myself... I am happy with what I have but the 2.4 SS is a great deal that wasnt available when I got my ls..

I love my 05 LS (or 06 LT), but as said above, the 2.4 SS wasn't out when I got my car. I would have gotten the SS, but my only regret to far with the LS is not getting a manual, though, the car is still fun and looks great.. Nice to have a car that most people havent seen before or seen much at all of, turns heads, too...

Was at a stoplight once next to a guy in a truck just the week I got my car. He asked about the Cobalt and was really impressed by it

I have an '06 LT coupe and so far I'm well pleased with it. It has all the options I wanted, decent power and mileage, and was reasonably priced. I wanted a "practical" car that was still good-looking and fun to drive, and I think my car fits the bill.

As was said above, the 2.4 SS is decent too, and at times I wish I'd gotten one... but all in all, I'm happy with my LT.

I had the same thing happen to me. I pulled up beside an old corsica and the passanger asked me about my car then wanted to race. lol it was fun, he told me at the next set of lights he liked my tails lights too

Mine stickered for about $17K and came with power windows, locks, mirrors, keyless entry, auto, and 15" alloys. You can also get the LT with a sport package ("2LT" is its code I think), not sure of the price difference though. With that you'd get the options I listed, plus 16" wheels, foglights, spoiler, leather-wrapped wheel etc. As far as the power stuff breaking, you have bumper-to-bumper coverage for 3/36 so I wouldn't worry too much about it. IMO the options are worth it. My last truck didn't have power anything and I never got used to it.

I wasn't saying anything bad about the exhaust. Notice this thread is FIVE YEARS OLD.

I know Bryce personally, and his car currently has a Megan Racing exhaust. This thread was made before he even got the car.

The actual joke was bumping this thread.

Sorry mods, I know this is kind of a no no.......

It says you joined in '09. In '09, you didn't know what an SRT-4 was? The car has been out for 5 years
