I think the ebay intake just plugs into where the factory silencer goes. Not really a true CAI because you still have the restrictive airbox.

You get what you pay for.

Wrong, It's a full CAI, Fujita is the one that attaches to the plastic piece over the throttle body. Get the Ebay intake (I love mine) and a 3" AEM dry flow filter later. Wait for the CAI not this one http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Cobal...spagenameZWDVW
This is the one you want http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/05-08...QQcmdZViewItem Send him a message if you can't find one listed and he'll sell you one.

and you are paying for a piece of pipe. you will get 0% more airflow from injen. then the ebay one .all 3 inch round pipe carrys the same cfm so unless they make some redical bend to increase static pressure (which you dont want) one is as good as the other.all you get for the extra money is the label with a name.

All this issues with MAF's sensors going off, and members go to Ebay. Get an intake cheap, and then take a risk to make a bigger issue with your engine, No Way.

Buy quality like Injen, and you know there was research done behind it, ebay, they are just looking to make a fast dollar, but when something bad goes wrong with your car, what is cheaper now?

i agree i have the ebay intake and it is a true cold air intake it works just as good but for $120 cheaper i would def get the ebay.it comes with a cone 2 pieces of piping and connecters. yea the check engine light did come on but it was because i forgot to disconnect the battery then i did it and went away. it adds an agressive growl. with AEM your buying the name, the only difference is one is solid and the ebay is 2 seperate peices. you have to take the old air box completly out but it works fine. it comes with black elbow pieces that didnt really match the whole blue them under my hood so i went to autozone i bought a the chrome elbow and some bluw connector peices and connect the 2 together looks very sharp. i saved about 90 bucks all together. def worth the 100 bucks all together with the intake and autozone pieces, rather then spending 250 bucks, not worth 250 bucks... your buying the name, Ebay all the way for sure, the ebay is plastic and it wont attract any heat from the engine bay unlike the aem intake. cold air intake means cold air and if you buying somthing for 200 - 250 bucks then spen it on exhaust and not an intake exhaust is worth the 250 intake def not. it wont throw your motor off either. ebay all the way, dont pay for a name.
