Im getting 28.8 miles per gallon city and highway with AC full blown. (it gets hot in AZ) ??? I wonder if a CAI would even help in AZ??? Anywho is that mileage bod or something?

i got my 07 for 10500, i get 36.7mpg on the highway doing 70, none of my gears grind, 8000 miles on it. You dont know how to drive, or you are going 80 on the hwy or some ****.

In the past three days driving 75 miles a day to and from work, I have averaged 33.8 MPG in my 2.0. Learn to drive, stop being such a piece of ****, and go back to the hole you crawled out of.

Oh, my 33.8 is between 75 and 80 MPG. Shocking. Loser.

 

I want to know, if these cars are so damn crappy, WHY are you talking about buying a THIRD?!

Oh okay im back. I jsut got back from work. I actually looked at my INST MPG the whole time hwy. If i wanted to stay the speed limit or stay at one speed, the meter would say 24 mpg. I couldnt back off the throttle to get anywhere near 30 mpg.

I have different cars, i just want to know why this thing sucks. This isnt my fun car, its my work car. I didnt buy this so i can have the excuse "well i wanted to start from scratch" and get raped by the aftermarket industry. I jsut wanted to know why i got 31 mpg in my 06 and 28 in my 08?

I dunno, you might be right. Thats like three total people that have suggested different cars.

look at my sig... i no longer drive a cobalt and yet i still love em! if you dont bag the **** out of them 24/7 they run very strong! i was averageing 26mpg city in my ss/sc with stage 2+, and never once had to take it in (drove for year and half)
so yes i will defend the cobalt...

 

But i really do appreciate those who might have had some constructive input. Think of something else too.
