GM parts direct has it for $86. If it is the right part then I am def. going to be getting it.

I got mine from a 2008 Pontiac G6 with a 2.4. Initially I was a bit disappointed with the results. I cleared the KAM when I did the install, and after a few days of driving the high rpm gain is definitely there.

I got lucky and got my manifold for free, off an engine that was run with NO oil...1800 miles on the car and some quick lube center didnt put the drain plug back in.

if i have an 08, should i just get the 2008 2.4 intake mani? or the 07 one which is what crate engine depot sells because on GMpartsdirect, the 2008 2.4 mani is $108 and the 07 is only $86

Is it also worth getting the 2.4 TB as well as the intake?

Why would it go into limp mode? It's just a bigger diameter TB blade and housing right? Still uses the same plug as the 2.2L TB? They are both drive by wire as well? Trying to figure this little car out........

it will see more air at the MAP and its not tuned correctly for more air.. more air the more fuel it needs.. drive by wire was the older version of the ecotec.. we now are advanced in technology and use a Electric TB... you need a tune or the computer will freak out because its seeing more air going into the motor.. thus will put it in limp mode..

which blows cuz a 80 dollar mod turned into a 350 doller mod

when i installed mine on my 05 i noticed instantly the first drive...probably the most noticable differance in any mod i have done...besides gm tune
