Didn't you just make a thread about whether Electric Turbos work or not?

No offense, but you need to do a HELL of a lot more research and wrench-time into engines and how they work before you start considering in-depth mods like that.

in all reality: find a nearby shop that can do the install and a shop that is well reputed to tune modded cobalts.

then order the garrett kit, and have them do all the work.

having the auto in the 2.2 is better for the turbo, the stock tranny in the 2.2 can't handle a whole lot of torque, sadly if you don't dial it up too far, you could get away with just a clutch upgrade in the manual, im sure. but auto is problem free boosted

ignore hack. he's just upset that turbo power is always on, while his car has no go unless he sells his shorts to buy more juice for his bottle
