I hear that some CAIs make these 2.2 10.1:1 compression engines go lean.
Having the 2.4 manifold, especially in cold weather is going to have a very good chance of going lean with the stock program.

i had a P0171 about a month ago and it turned out that i had a tiny crack in my manifold from when i got into an accident.
i would check for cracks. we personally used a shop vac on blow, took the intake off, had someone sit on the gas pedal and blew air into the throttle body/manifold while spraying water on the intake mani.
found the crack. it was a TINY hairline crack that we puttied up with quiksteel and guess what. code went away.
i doubt it has anything to do with weather relation in that our stock ECMs can generally adjust fuel air ratio on the fly, but are generally limited in how much fuel it can give. so if its a leak it usually can't adjust the AFR correctly. just saying.
try the method i said. its simple and fairly quick. if there are no bubbles then idk. lol. i ran with CAI and 2.4 Mani in cold weather for about 2 months before getting tuned for all my mods and it was fine.

Didnt you have a brake booster hose issue?
Do you have all the proper seals for the manifold?
if you got the code after the install then you have a leak. how are you checking for it? just because you can't see, or hear a leak dosen't mean you don't have a leak.
you should probly take it to a shop and have it checked.
