Magnetic drain plug.
Do they make these for our cars?.. I can't find one or any information about them on here anywhere. I searched and got a single thread from 2007.

I didn't say I "need" one, I "want" one. I know the transmission plug is, but the oil plug, however, is not. Thank you for the link.
That plug looks exactly like what we have now.. Maybe the stock is magnetic? ****, who knows. I'll have to check next time I change the oil.
..And for the dick with the smart-ass comment about "If you need a magnetic drain plug, then you've got more issues than that..", listen here **** gobbler, it's called catching things before they get shitty. You can enjoy shavings floating around your car and dealing with it. Warranties don't last forever sunshine.

Um, I wasn't insulting you, I was simply bringing the fact to the surface that I would like to know when a problem arises with my car, so I can therefore fix it. Regardless if it is under warranty or not. Wouldn't you like a heads up to know if something is breaking? That's really what it is. I don't care if your car is under warranty or not, all I can say is hey, mine is.
