MRZ Alternator Pulley

Has anyone installed a new alternator pulley on their car yet and if so how did you get the nut off that holds the pulley on because i can't get it off for the life of me.

if you have it off the car put it back on and tighten the belt back up on it the get you a good cheater bar or a long pull handle and try it. it should come loose like that.

Arrow

underdrive crank pulley alone dynoed about 3-5 whp on a close to stock 2.2 but the best gains are from the getting faster revs du to the lighter rotational mass.

ok i got it. the only way to do it is by partially unbolting the alternator so you can rotate it to get at the nut and you HAVE to use an impact and even then i had to put the old belt around the pulley with a pair of vice grips on the belt as close to the pulley as possible to hold it from spinning
