you will NOT get much if any hp gain from a pulley..i think JN2's Dyno charts prove that point.....a 0.7hp gain from stock?..and i called this before it was even dynoed.
now using the pulley in conjunction with a light flywheel, lighter rims, lighter crank, etc.
then it starts adding up and real gains are seen...but taking 3lbs off the crank pulley isnt gonna make much difference alone.
Actually, I see that he gained 2.8hp with the lightweight, and 3.5hp with the UDP.

Revving quicker=more horspeower, btw.

revving quicker means you GET to your power quicker. Add this and a lightweight flywheel and you'll be stalling out like a madman especially on hills.

No, revving quicker means you do the same amount of work in less time, in other words youve got more horsepower.

Not trying to start an argument....have you considered shifting at 5500-6000 RPM? Your dyno charts show that the engine is beginning to drop HP and torque by 5300 RPM. If you run on a track I'd bet money that you will actually reduce your ET by shifting at 5500 RPM rather then 6500 RPM.

Try it, you may find your MPH is down but your ET is lower. Sounds crazy but it may just work.... My auto shifts at 6700 but I'd like to get it to shift earlier...no need to make the engine sound like a sewing machine before shifting. Listen to a dragster going down the track...they don't wind out the engine, they shift just after peak HP is made.

where it says "stock" is that stock sized lightweight pulley or OEM pulley? I can't read whatever the hell you wrote in the 2nd dyno

and would you guys please stop arguing about this. you're nitpicking over wording, you're all saying the same damn thing.
