i have a 05 cobalt ls with 2.2 have a full motor rebuild done...zzp stage 3 turbo kit....2.4 intake mani...8.9:1 pistons. I know i need a trifect tune and how they work but what things would you guys suggest as far as things such as cooling fan temp adjustment, speed limiter and all of that stuff. I would ask vince but i figured i could save he and i some time by asking on here

 

I removed my speed limiter, moved my rev limiter up to 7200rpms, and disabled the rear o2 sensor. I don't believe you would really need anything else special. I was satisfied with that.

 

If your running with a disabled o2 sensor, did you remove your cat? I didn't know you could do that.

 

cobalt's with high performance cat's typically also opt for the 2nd O2 disable because the 2nd O2 is too dumb and will falsely claim cat isn't operating.
