I have the 2.4 IM and wondering what is involved with getting the 2.4 TB and where I can get one...or get the LSJ. I have to get a tune anyways within the month so required tuning isnt a problem. I am just wondering if the wiring will be the same..and where I can get one. Thanks guys.

 

TB connector needs rewiring for any switch. There are conversion plugs on ebay.

I used to have the LSJ when i was N/A it gave a good gain.

Yes. I would just do the 2.4 IM and 2.4 TB. 2.4 TB is still again and you dont have to buy adapter plate.

to run the LSJ TB you would need the adapter plate and harness, for the 2.4 TB you would just need to make sure you get the right harness or re-pin yours.

 

thats what i was thinking but where can I get a throttle body...and those conversions will work with the 2.4 throttle body right? I have an 05 2.2

I sold my 2.4 TB a month or two ago...for cheap too. I installed the 2.4 IM, but didn't know if I wanted to use the TB...I've decided that I'll be using the LSJ...I'll be getting my car on the dyno middle of next month and I might as well add the last bolt-on and get a re-tune.

I just wanted to mention that ZZP sells the harness adapter...it's cheaper than ebay. I believe they are the ones that sell it on ebay anyway.

 

yea i did see that I just remember seeing ones beeing sold on here for like $50 vs $129.99 hopefully someone pops up and goes hey Ill sell you mine haha...but then I still need the harness correct? I dont want to we wire anything
