no more chirp ??

so i used to chirp when ever i slammed it into 2nd but now when i do it no chirp is it cuz im ******* the **** out of my clutch or what? thats all i could think of the case would be.

yes i did make mods header, dp, exhaust thats all preformance wise. my tires arent new. im slamming that **** as fast and as hard as i can but it wont do it lol

Clutch. You can't shift like that and not expect to slip. It's just gonna keep getting worse if you keep doing it.

What tires are you running? Less tread does grip better from a launch thats why people use slicks but they wont chirp when shifting.

stockers lol there low rolling restance a/s shitty tires. and i see. but i dont think my treads worn down that much only have like 3k miles

on smooth, dry surfaces, smooth tires do grip better. more surface area contacting the ground.
Thats why track cars almost always use slicks or drag radials.

Yo, if you cant spin the tires in second anymore youve got an issue....... Regardless of whether its cold or hot, wet or dry, your car should chirp the tires on a fast 1-2 shift, it may not make the same noise....but it should still spin them the same, you should still feel the same hop/shudder as when they make lots of noise.

Sometimes mods like intake and exhaust will acuse you to lose a little bottom end power but you will gain more in the top end. When i put on my intake i noticed a little shorter of a chirp, it still did it though.

depending on the size of your exhaust you may have shifted your powerband up higher in the rpm range, and that could be the reason why you're not chirping anymore.
