Ill just repeat myself, and say you dont wanna do a Cobalt clutch in the driveway. It takes me about 5hours on average to do a 2.2 clutch with a lift, engine supports, and all the proper tools. I'd rather replace a head than a clutch any day $.02

Weve had discussions about this in the past man, Ive told you before and will now again, youve just gotta go into it with an open mind and be willing to learn. Having comebacks)yo-yos) is part of the job, thats why you need to be thorough and quality oriented, no mnatter how long or short it takes you to fix something it always takes longer to do it twice. I still smile at work everyday and truly enjoy working on most of the vehicles that come through the door. If its the choice for you, youll feel the same way too, every job sucks sometimes, the key is to find the one that sucks the least.

thanks maven your the man. i mean nothings giong to stop me from trying it. and ill keep that in mind every job sucks sometime.
as for the clutch. i figured out that i woudent be able to do it in my driveway. i dont have like any tools nor the knowledge
40K > 13K any day of the week. I'll be back up at 40K soon enough even if I have to chain fast food chains.
And a lot of places won't hire you without tools and I can't afford tools and my cat pissed on all the ones I have now. I just have a cheap set from walmart to get me by.
You have to have a good tool if your in that field. Craftsman works good, but they wore out in the long run and had to be careful on getting warranty done. So I went with Matco. I had a 15K note with Snap-On(Strap On).
Just NOW getting on my feet and still struggling on a few things.
I mean I couldn't squeal AS LONG but I could do more than a chirp.
