Does it really cost $95 to reflash my E16a or is ELCO Chevrolet being ridiculous? What should I expect from my 2.2 reflash?

Who else had a reflash done? Somebody tell me whether you got anything out of it.

 

One hour shop labor should be all it costs.

they reflashed mine trying to fix my clutch problem and i noticed no difference.

 

I guess question one is why are you getting a reflash? Are you having some type of problem? I think the only reflash that would do anything is the flash that comes with the sport package with 16" rims on the LS/LT models, and I think all that does is move up the rev limiter or something like that.

Don't know what it would cost, but if you have a dealer that will reflash you post it up on the "2.2 Reflashes" thread we are trying to get a listing of Dealers willing to do this work.
