As I recall there was a guy spraying a 75 shot. Somebody got it on video of him blowing the intake manifold off the car. I'd say a 50 wet shot is "safe".

that vid is fail. i've seen so many clueless references to that vid its retarded. that vid does not prove or disprove the safety of n2o. in that vid the guys window switch failed and the spray came on early. does anyone else in this thread know anything about nitrous oxide? have any of you used it? why speak on a subject you have no real knowledge of?
you dudes fail, big time.
any kit setup properly will be safe on a 75shot and at one point one member here was pushing a "90shot". the latter i do not under any circumstance recommend.

all of the nitrous kits are about the same, its whatever saftey equipment you add and how you tune the nitrous itself is where you blow stuff up... generally the "safe" tunes that are listed in the instructions for whatever nitrous pill and whatever fuel pill are actually too rich... and rich with nitrous is what causes backfires, and broken ringlands... too much timing is what causes melted pistons. figure out a way to pull 2* of timing and hit it with a 50 shot...
its also a good idea to drop down a heatrange with your sparkplugs and maybe even go with a non projected tip plug... then again i'm just spitting out info i learned when hanging around my buddies car at the track... its got two foggers and a plate, leaves on 150, flips on 250 with the first fogger then turns the plate off and switches on the 2nd fogger...
