I understand. Anyway, honestly, I'm sick of arguing. Everyone on this forum builds their car the way they want, uses what oil they want, and buys the parts they want. There is no use fighting over opinionated subjects. It's bound to end up in flames.

Spanky and Ion, I'm sorry for being a dick (Audience: "AWHHH" ). I'd honestly rather just get along with everyone on here, there is no reason to fight.

just wonna put my two cents in. I used to do the same thing commuting to work everyday. around six to eight weeks it would come time to change my oil. i stopped using "regular" oil and switched to mobil 1 synthetic. in my opinion i saw better milage numbers, in addition to not having to change my oil so much. I usually let the meter go down to 30%. in addition to using mobil 1, i use the Zmaxx oil and fuel additives. first time i used the Zmaxx i saw about 5 mpg difference. hope this helps.

Bottom line

Must be bullshit.

And what do you mean trust "me"? I didn't pull that from my ass, it's on Mobil-1's website.. And I think THEY know a LITTLE more about motors than your "builder". Thanks.
Bottom line is, you are trusting someone who is trying to sell you a product. Why? Why wouldn't you do your own research or trust someone who is not trying to take your money? And you did pull it from your as, because it's on Mobil-1s website. Oil companies are notoriously crooked. How old are you that you are even using this as a point in a argument/ debate? 16?
