Walbro 255 Pump

Hey has anyone installed one on their 2.2?
and do they have pics on how it was done and so on?
do we need to drop the fuel tank? i need to worry about fuel lol forgot about it.

Fuel pump? @ 217 whp? Stock pump one should suffice up to ~300whp i think....
Or is it some other sort of pump?

Ive done it its not hard just drop the tank and replace the pump. im running a 255lph along with the pump rewire kit from zzp.

So u have to drop the tank? Mine full right now is it hard to empty out?

Ever changed the fuel fiter? Pull off that line.

just sucks i have a FULL tank of suprme gas i need to some how drain.

Well you could pull the fuel line where the filter is and turn on the pump? havent been under mine in a while to remember anything.

get a bosch 044 pump. good to 600+
can either run it inline fed off stock pump or intank, up to you!

Well you could go this route or upgrade to a 255lph and do the zzp boost reference system and have plenty of fuel when the boost picks up.

Does anyone have a After market fuel pump in their tank and their car a 2007 or newer with out the return fuel system?
or how can i put a return fuel system on my car?

You can run a boost reference system and the pump rewire kit. Ive noticed zzp doesnt offer a return kit anymore so im not too sure about that now. you could also modify the fuel rail into a center inlet for fuel instead of on the side, so the #4 piston isnt starved of fuel.

would the walbro 255, zzp rewire kit and brfps be efficient enough for e85 around 365 hp? or is that overkill?
