This applies for all models right up to the SI. Totally off topic but does it seem strange to anyone else that our 2.2s put out 16lb-ft more torque than the 06 SIs ...sure we'll still get smoked but I found that amusing for a second.

With different mods, it would still cut fuel at 160.

Heh, I took a older model integra earlier today, talk about funny. The guy had exhaust, about 25 decals all over his car, some goofy ass paint job of a shark (wtf?)... Anyway, I beat him from stop and from a 20mph roll. The guy rolled down his window and said "What have you done to that?" I said, nothing i'm stock. Then laughed and drove off.

Anyway, i'm beginning to get bored of beating ricers half of the time. I'm about to go to my dealer and talk about switching to a ss/sc.

Just for the record, using an EPS Steering system, which my company produces, does NOT rob HP like hte hydrauclic does. EPS runs off hte battery not the engine, so you have an extra horsepower gain there. That is wh yI think a lot of people underate the cobalt, sky, solstice, vue, ion, and equinox (and soon to be nissan sentra too)

isnt that the reason our 2.2 cobalt ecotecs are rated at 145 instead of the older ecotecs that didnt have the electrical power stearing at 140?
