Exclamation 2.4 Mani and tb swap

Ive been lurking around here for a while looking at all the posts but i cant seem to find a straight answer.... some people are saying that the intake and tb are so similar on the 2.4 and the 2.2 LAP that there is no point in the swap while others are saying its worth it? I have a 2010 Cobalt lt xfe that i've been wanting to play with for a while and finally decided to just say forget the warranty but i dont want to do this swap if it means no gains any suggestions help......

Also this is a little off topis but if anyone has pics of some tein drop springd on theirs id love to see pics im thinkin about a set for mine Thanks

I think the 2.4 mani keeps the car pushing more then the 2.2.

the 2.4l intake manifold is the same as the lap if you want a bigger tb you have to get one from a 2008 2.4l only! its bigger then lap tb i already have it on my lap no tune required i had it on my car for about 2 weeks before i got mine tuned

i have tein lowering springs i have pics up in pictures and video in the base cobalt pic thread near the end

^^^^ yeah wait till then! i recommend hp tune way better then trifecta, pretty much all headers work on the lap that are avalible for cobalts, i went with gmpp extrude honed manifold with 2.5inch dp it will work good with superchaged 2.2l
