I had an SAI on my 09 N/A before I turbo'ed it.... but I had the PPE Header that had the SAI Injector Tube On the Header. Bad-Mab is good but I think ZZP and PPE Headers are better. I still have the Header with SAI here if you wanna buy it.

PPE header bolts on to the dp, you can sell the badmab and probably still be in the green

 

Got it on! The small SAI ports on the head are covered by the badmab header flange. Here's a pic of the head w SAI:



I already had a 2.25 inch magnaflow catback on it, and it was a bit louder than stock. With the badmab and catted dp installed, it sounds about the same under idle and normal driving. But, under WOT, it sounds like rice... Anyone else have this problem?

 

Check your bolt torque on the head

I I bought the PPE header and catted dp with sai For my 2009 cobalt lt never used it along with new Fe5 struts, and shocks and strdc sport tower brace also i have Have a Ss tc now and the springs and Fe5 sway bars are going ob the market also the cobalt ss soung system speakers head unit and amp and sub.

 

I bought fe5 control arms, struts and shocks, dc sport strut tower braxe and speedy lite 5 18 x 7.5 rims and never used any of it. Picked up a Cobalt SS TC sold my 2009 lap cobalt. Getting rid of the fe5 sway bars and springs and the Cobalt ss sound system six speakers and a Pioneer sub and amp. Hope to sell it all

I have a PPE ENGINEERING high temp coated header and catted downpipe with wideband bung for a Cobalt with a, 2.2l Lap motor with VVT and secondary air injection brand new never used paid $700 for it looking to sell it $350.00 .
