I realize this is gonna be a bit like going to the doctor, having him look at you fully dressed with only his eyes and asking if you have cancer...but on the off chance anyone hears anything that could be "out of line" or abnormal let me know. I was particularly curious about the faint clicking noise...i think its always been there....and I do realize its a combustion engine lol...so its not gonna be silent...

Sounds pretty close to mine. As long as you have kept up with your oil changes, had your fuel system and injectors cleaned regularly, changed the serpentine belt and belt tensioner and changed the spark plugs as needed then I don't see why you'd have any problems. Have you changed your timing chain tensioner? If you're worried about it knocking just put your hand gently on the valve cover while it's running. You can do this before it gets too hot or if you're wearing a glove while its warmed up. I'm running at 80K miles, so yours sounds pretty good for 200K. How's it run for you?
