tune up
so I was planning on do the first tune up on my car since I got it, I've had it about a year, and probably the first one its ever had. it has just shy of 75k miles. I'm trying to figure out what I can do, aside from spark plugs and check my air filter, what else can I do? one of the mechanics at my work said my plugs are good for at least 100k but there shouldn't be anything wrong with replacing them now.
so feel free to let me know whether I should just save my money and wait till 100k. or if you have other things I should check or replace.

I used two bottles of seafoam in my 2009 LS XFE. One in a full tank of gas. Half straight into the engine and another half into the oil (have to replace it soon after) I run royal purple and the K&N oil filters.
When I did it I had a friend hold the engine at 2k and slowly poured it in and at the end try to pour it in fast enough that you kill the engine, if not make sure your friend knows to shut it off and then let it sit. I didn't replace anything after (spark plugs or O2) but my car only has 52k on it and it only smoked bad for about a minute after I restarted it.
One other thing you can do it replace the cabin air filter, it's behind the glove box.

I changed my cabin air filter the other day. and when I pulled it out it was black, and I thick coat of grim on it. and a lot of bugs stuck to it too. surprisingly no stink bugs tho.
