2.0 parts on a 2.4...any suggestions?

Ok, I own a 07 2.4l cobalt, which I am very happy with. However, I test drove a supercharged cobalt today and there are some features that I really kinda wish was on my car. The one item that I'm asking about is the ground effects kit on the 2.0l cobalt. Is that a kit I can go through GM and get or will it not fit the body of the 2.4? To me, it looks like it would, but I wanted some feed back on the issue.

Well, there is no doubt that it is quicker than the 2.4. The handling and shifting is much tighter which would be nice, but ours sounds much meaner, especially with an intake and exhaust. I have yet to put headers on my car, but the difference in acceleration isn't enough to make me wish I had a 2.0. I'm still very glad I have the 2.4. Plus, I know Garrett came out with a turbo for the 2.4, Banks engineering is designing a twin screw supercharger for the 2.4 and we still have to wait and see what GM is going to do with the 2.4. Basically, once all these come out, the 2.0 is going to take a back seat to the 2.4, no doubt.

lol.....its nothing personal. Driving it, I wanted it....no question. If a resonable deal would have been offered, I would have left in it. But you put a turbo or supercharger in our car.......you have somthing to worry about....as far as speed goes. The supercharged model has things that would be nice on the 2.4 (supsension, shifter, nicer seats, the gauges are much better than the white guages we have, bigger wheels and of course.....last but not least, the eaton supercharger). Thats why I started the post, because there are things I like about the 2.0, I just think the 2.4 has its potential. I wasn't trying to take anything away from the 2.0.

The SS/SC body kit will fit on the 2.4 I have done it to my car. Although I did need to buy a new front and rear bumper for the extra bottom pieces to clip into. I ordered these parts through a local chevy dealer.
