I'm in Toms River NJ right by Seaside Boardwalk.. They can't see it so it will not void your warranty ... And yes we will always have your stock file to return to stock as well as free updates for future mods ... if you join chevyhhr.net you can get in there group buy and save some cash ..

Uhhh... they probably won't see it... but they could definitely determine if you've changed the tuning on the vehicle.

Ok i have a 2.4L Ion with auto tranny..... I have several bolt ons, but STILL the most notiscable thing about the car is the "lag" from a dead stop.... if you punch the pedal it takes a second for the power to kick in....... can i expect to see the ECM tunes take care of this "torque lag"?

Yes. The tuning of the TCM makes the most dramatic gains. It downshifts quickly, getting the engine's rpm up into it's power band. My 2.4's throttle response is the most noticable thing about the tune.

They will also richen up your fuel mixture and advance your timing to take full advantage of your bolt-ons to really make your car come alive.

The Vector folk are good people. I sent them my ECM/TCM first, but they returned them untuned as they were not tuning auto's at the time.

I decided on going with Wester's tune because I feel they have more experience doing auto's. Vector would be my first choice if I had a 5sp though.

At first I was hesitant about sending my computers to Canada to get tuned, but when I learned that TuneTime was doing Wester's tunes in the US, I decided to give them my business.

I don't think you would be disappointed with either of these folks. See who'll give you the better deal before you decide.

Who did the tune? Does it have to be the exact ECU and TCM from the car? Or can I go to a wrecker send those in, and install so I can still drive my car? Where is the form?
