Welded another bung in about 6" down from the narrowband o2, same position before the cat. There's a couple more things I want to try before I give up on the thing though. I am going to try to re-ground again (2nd time), another free-air calibrate, and pull the sensor out, wipe it down and see what it does after that.

I feel kinda bad. I've seen stock 2.0 SS/SC's with those numbers several times.

Yeah, but those SS's are running more boost, He is at what 7.5lb's of boost compared to 12-13lb's. Not to bad IMO

I completely skipped over that part. I saw the 224 and my smile turned upside down. I was thinking about getting an SC for my 2.4. If I get the M62 Eaton I will be upgrading to Stage 3 ASAP. Aiming for 350whp. Keep in mind its stage 3 and I already have all the bolt-ons and can get a fine-tune for about $100. It'll be tough but I can make it happen. Meth injection will be next after that lol.

They should make a kit of the Eaton M62, I'd buy it.

So you have a 2.4? First of all, there is no such thing as a stage kit for the 2.4. Another thing, to get 350whp with a SC on the 2.4 you're going to need to do more than just shrink the pulley. Another thing, we don't know how this car responds to smaller pulleys. With smaller pullies comes another question that needs to be answered...where are you going to get the belt? You would more than likely need a smaller belt (there is no room for a larger idler pulley), or some type of adjustable idler pulley setup on a custom bracket. And finally, it is not just a "fine-tune" to get a N/A car to read boost and be happy with the boost it is seeing. It's alot more than that.

Jimmy--Not using the 2.0 TB yet. Might try that tomorrow though. That's the 2.4 TB you see there.

So bigworm and i have the 42.5's Injector Duty Cycle at 79% on the stock sized pulley at 6400rpm. Basically if you want to run anything smaller than stock sized pulley you'll need 60lbers

I was thinking the same thing pat. not too many people have even hit 300 on the s/c bolt i think it would be a decently amount harder on a 2.4 seeing as the motors not even built for it from the get go.

as far as i know, the internals should hold up even more so than the 2.0L motor. The 2.4L block isnt sleved right ?

No wasn't me. I was in email contact with them though. I got a defective filter with the original packaging and had to send it back, and they sent me a new one (filter).
