Any one tried the GM Performance parts?

Has anyone on here tried the GM Performance parts exhust manifold or the cat back exhaust (Performance or Touring). Does anyone know how they compare to other aftermarket offerings. Are they worth if or just go with different brands?

Thanks for any help anyone can offer.

the GM Extrude Honed exhaust manifold will only flow about 30cfm more. you'd be better off going with an aftermarket header. try searching on the site and you'll find some answers and clips of the exhaust. there are a couple people with that setup

I have the gm header, and exhaust. they make a great pair.. but like cobaltss422 said.. you might be better off gettin a different header.. when i took mine off.. i noticed they use the factory header but just bore it out so its smoother for better air flow, but i can say that i did notice a difference. Im dont regret either one.

Probably to hone and extrude himself. Might not be a bad idea.

the honing that GM uses is some sort of strange fabric then run through it. i dunno if a die grinder would reach. if so, i'd be interested myself. esp if i can then get it heat coated.

I am aiming to find out. It can't be anywhere near as bad as my STI manifolds were and I did those with alot of patience.
