Anyone running E3 plugs?

Just wondering if any 2.4's are running the E3 spark plugs? They just recently came out. They have a 3 page article on them in the new HCI (with the RSX on the cover). They sound way badass. They've been in development since 1997, and the company was started up specifically to revolutionize spark plugs and how they are designed. Anywho, they guarantee a 6-12% power increase and reduced emissions. Plus, they are backed with a 100,000 mile/5 year warranty, which is awesome. Im gonna pick up a set next paycheck, but before I did, I wanted to confirm the model # with anyone who may already have them on their Cobalt. Heres what Summit gives me: ETP-E3-64

Are the plugs the same for all model Cobalts? b/c they only listed 1 plug for Cobalts.

Check them out at www.e3sparkplugs.com. Also, Advanced Auto Parts, DriverFx.com, JEGS, Summit and JC Whitney carry them.

I herd they're badass but not intended for any type of forced induction or nitrous. Only for N/A engines.

bosch platinums ftl. Spraying my Eclipse, I went through 4 sets in one month, switched over to NGKs, and never had a problem for a whole year until I sold the car.

welp they are going back i talked to NGK manager, awesome guy.. and he asked what i was doing to my car, and how the weather is around here and how i drive my car.. and the laser irdium (spl) +2's were my best bet.. a napa which is 2 miles from me will have them at 3 o clock.. so i will be installing them.. he told me to pass on the laser irdium +2's are perfect for nitrous and forced induction, and he warned me against using platinum for nitrous ::i forget what all he said:: but he really helped me out, was wonderful to deal with..

8 bucks a piece tho at napa.. ugg... oo well

cause within a year i plan to forge part of the motor, then plan to add nitrous, then probably procharging or something along the lines, i may just stick with nitrous.. either cant wait to try this out..

NKG is what i use on my bike. Noticed a better response to throttle input. I stay away from bosch and champion plugs... never had luck with them

Supposedly the E3 plugs are supposed to be better than iridium plugs. Also, I wanna look more into the new "Pulstar" plugs i've been reading about in various magazines. The Pulstar plugs have built in capacitors that take wasted spark and return it back in an amplifier method to create a stronger spark. Kinda like Nology hot wire spark plug wires for those who are familiar with them. Either way, whichever plug I choose, i'll keep everyone posted.

edit: check out www.pulstarplug.com . They are called "pulse plugs" and are actually designed to replace spark plugs. At $25 a piece compared to the $8 E3 plugs, i'll really have to scratch my head and research them a good bit before I make any decisions. But yeah, read about the Pulsestar plugs. They sound crazy.

yeah. But I think im gonna hold off on the Pulstars until I hear more about other people using them. Im gonna go ahead and order the E3's in a few days. At $8 a piece, they are much more wallet friendly.
