exhaust cam swap

i was lookin into the specs of the lnf exhaust cam as they are a direct swap with the le5.

which one would make more power?

LNF cam has slightly more lift, but .3mm is almost nothing. Save youself the trouble IMO, unless you happen to have an LNF cam just laying there and are going inside the motor for some reason already.
