Fuel System Problems

Hello,

I've noticed some problems with my fuel system over the past few months, in orders are:

1. Gas Gauge does not read correctly when full. Always shows a little under.
2. Noise coming from in front of the glove box when I accelerate, sounds like vacuum. Only happens when accelerating around 2.3 and over in RPMs.
3. Trouble starting when I fill up (to full)

Some one say'd the EVAP system could be going bad, but if so, which part? Any other ideas?

Thanks

Evap purge solenoid, its located to the right of the valve cover, very easy fix.

As far as the noise I'm not entirely sure that could be a lot of things. Exhaust leak, interior weather seal, hvac system,
