What kind of 1/4 gains would I be looking at with a cat-back exhaust and K&N CAI?

I think maybe 0.3 max and 2 mph.......I am really concerned I'd spend about 1K and get very little. Very bored with my car right now.

get the intake and a shiftplus or auto transinterceptor.......its like driving a new car......i have an auto except its a 2.2

 

if that probably .2 at the most is my guess

 

with a tune u can get more out of it...
and u will get more than just 2 hp...
