EcoBoost. do you happen to have a dyno sheet that shows us just where this power comes in and where it peaks rpm's wise? i assume we wouldnt have to rev to high hell to see power from this kit, but specific info would be helpful. also, do you have a listing of all of what the kit comes with? i did not see one on your site. fuel pump? injectors? does it include a boost gauge by chance?

Unfortunately for the HHR folks, this system will not fit their vehicles. We may pursue an HHR version later should sufficient demand occur.

If you examine the threads related to this 2.4 turbosystem(there are two), you'll find the dyno graph we posted. It's also on our website now. Let me know if you are unable to find it.

No, we do not include boost gauges...we discontinued this practice when the gauge market exploded with so many different types..seemed no matter what, folks wanted a different style than we offered, and were deleting the gauges more often than not anyway!

Yes, you can buy them in a different color...just find your local powder coater, and have them recoated in the color of your choice! Depending on the source, a hundred may cover it. As much as we'd like to offer this as an option, the disruption it would cause to our production processes would result in unacceptable cost and lead time delays.

Hey bill, just had a tuning question on this for my upcoming dyno session. On this engine i told the tuner that the supercharged guys are doing ok on 12.0 a/f ratios. he said a turbo car would be different. What a/f ratios do you think would be the safest without sacrificing too much performance?

so from the looks of the dyno sheet on hahn's website, max power comes in about 3500 rpms. thats awesome that we wont have to rev to high hell to see the power. that would make it reasonable for street driving as well with that much of the rpm range under the curve. kick ass!

12.0 is fine. Targeting the 11.5 to 12.0 range is safe and does not adversely affect power. Get into the low 11's, and power will begin to sag. Get much above 12.5 and detonation can be hard to manage.

Keep in mind, it's nigh impossible to target and maintain a specific number (say, 12.2) and stay there at all RPM's, loads, and climate changes. So shoot for a nice range like 11.5 to 12.0 (in average condtions) and call it good!

For what its worth, when our 2.4 ATx car went 13.7 @ 102, the AFR ranged from 11.2 to 11.6. Powerful and safe. Sure, we could eke out a few more HP via leaning it out, but we are developing tunes for the average dude in the average conditions, and we just don't feel it's in their best interests to hang them out there on the edge. We take great prde in the durability of our customers' cars!

i didnt bother to go through all the pages to see if someone had already asked it because there's currently 27 pages so i'll ask now and hope i dont get flamed. does the hahn turbo kit come with the 3 inch hahn exhaust and downpipe? i saw the hahn header in the pic and a lot of piping but nothing else. seeing the filter, does it come with a cai too?

You misunderstand. A turbo kit would completely replace any intake you have. There is no comparison.
