grab a supercharger (Eaton M62)

www.hahnracecraft.com offers a turbo kit, but i think its out of your price range.

 

supercharged it man with that money u probably have enough for all da parts besides labor for instalatioin

but seriously look into like hahn turbos...maybe suspension or exhaust...the threads posted above may help as well

 

Pull together another thousand and get the hahn turbo kit. If that's impossible, you could always just finance the last thousand thru turbokits.com and have it paid off quick.
