Its a awesome piece for sure, fitment was tight on the 2.0 thats why i was talking about that. Do a little more research on the m62 on the 2.4 and if you get serious we can take this to pm's and i can give ya a little more info

meh.

a vvt head with a device thats hates variable PR's.

i would stear clear, and turbo would be happier and much more able to deal with the massive adjustable head flow curve.

i.e KA's (the 2.4L's) have had big issue with variable plane intake manifolds let alone a variable PR head.

not impossible, just a big pain in the tuning ass.

been a while since i have seen you post. i know virtually nothing about tuning...so i dont know who id ever get to tune it...even knowing that it is difficult(comming from you-i kknow you know what your talking about). realistically id like to try a standard sc swap with a harrop and a standard pulley just to see what it could do on the stock motor, but the tuning proves to be my biggest feat

then just use a different power adder...one that deals "ok" with such an issue.

such as a small spinning wheel of death (say gt28 series / 16-18g?)

the fun comes in the form of "easy", and reliable power.

thats the end game goal after all.

No fuel rail interference issues w/ M62. Definitely some tuning quirks on the 2.4.

Buy my SS/SC. Only 9k miles, already modded and G85 package. Only asking 13,900!

i'll put it this way.

the fun comes in the usable, drivable form of power.

useing a power adder on an engine in which cause's an issue you cant tune around properly is useless.

well i know that....but it CAN be done....like you said however it would be difficult to tune...ill probably end up with a turbo...it was just a consideration..
