well, you can start with an exhaust, header, and intake... that will give you around 20, give or take... cost around 1,000... then save your money for the hahn turbo kit... you will be around 230-240 whp i would say... of course it's approximate...

dont waste you money on an intake if you plan to get the turbo kit. its now going to be that much longer until the kits out so you might as well wait rather than spending $230 on something that you will only use for a month or two. and if im not mistaken the turbo kit comes with some exhaust components also so make sure you reseach before spending any money.

Hmm. You want to sink a $5000 lump into a brand new Cobalt how come you didn't just get a Solstice GXp and trick it out.

But I digress...Hahn Turbo kit. End of story. Leave it stock until this comes out and dump it on at once.

Is your car an auto or manual? It looks like they are only making the kit for manuals as of right now.

hahn kit end of story. Spend the rest on traction mods and maybe a set of springs.

go with a turbo system for 4k and a new clutch around 700 and youl bump to the 260 hp range.....thats your best bet....but it you want individual perf. parts start with intake, header and exhaust....

You're going to need a new torque converter probably too
