I forgot to say that when the break is being pumped the rpm goes up aswell. Any suggesting on what could be causing this issue????

I will be the third to chime in with throttle body and even include one of the links that comes up if you search on here for idle problems.

Search is your friend. Balts have been around for quite a while so pretty well any problem you have will have a thread in here somewhere.

i vote for throttle body also...only thing is depending on how many miles you have on it. i cleaned mine at 65000 and later on in the day it throw code for a high idel. to fix this you can disconnect your battery over night to reset the pcm. or just keep driving and it will relearn the idel on it's own. will take a few days tho.

Mine just started doing this. I checked the floor mats and they were moved more than far enough back. First it was with the A/C on, I shut it off thinking it was the problem. Sure enough, 2 minutes later it happened again!
