I average worse mpg in summer, good weather, dry roads = full throttle enjoyment on back roads... Not so good for the mpg haha.

I have a 2.4 auto with a custom made CAI high flow exhaust system and jet performance module stg 2 and when I used to drive it to college 250miles I would average 35-37 mpg, but I keep it at home now but I drove it over spring break (first time in 3 months) and my average went to 21mpg lol...

Right now on 93 with no tune no jet chip full exhaust and the ss/tc wheels I average around 26mpg in mostly city driving. Not great but I will take it. though my downpipe is about to go back to stock I miss having a quiet car and having 3 loud cars is a bit much.

Does the jet module really help take some of the torque management? Thought of buying this because of easy swap b4 warranty work. I have a spectre tube with stock airbox, 2.4 tb, 2.5 catted dp, and custom 2.5 mandrel exhaust.

Its not as good as a tune man. Your better off saving up and buying a trifecta tune much better performance for the money.

With no offense to Vince is go with an hptune before trifecta. And no a jet module won't help with torque management sadly.

Shift+ doesn't touch torque management at all, it only changes transmission pressures to give quicker shifts.

Like was said it doesnt change torque management at all. Pretty much just tricks the computer into upping the line pressure. Plus since Im an 08 Im betting the wiring is different.

Not to mention id just do a full on tune and see if the tuner could do a lean cruise on the car to help with hwy mpg.
