I have an 07 cobalt ss 2.4 5spd i took it to a mechanic to get a turbo installed the kit i bought did not include a turbo manifold and i am having a really hard time finding one i need help please!!!! Also will it be safe to run on 4si boost with stock internals.. and what else will i need other than kit, injectors, fuel pump t3 turbo manifold. I would appreciate any help im stuck untill i can get this manifold and more info.. Thanks

u can run up to like 10 psi i believe safely

 

where you got the turbo kit from?
im running 10-11psi on stock, the car has gone to 13.6psi (by interceptor) without issues.

 

yes 4 psi is fine for stock internals

 

what kit did you buy.. what flange is the turbo... i'm running 8 psi on the ss/tc turbo now.. i was runnign 13 psi on my procharger before.. long as it's pre 08 the 2.4s can take a beating .. post 08 it's hit or miss if you have forged rods
