actually i dont think thats true.. i think the 2.2/ 2.4 have longer plugs

however we CAN use the champion 430s and 530's from the srt4's and dodge hemi trucks.. it what i was running before i switched to my NGK's

Just overnight a set from Japan like the rest of your build.... All that wasted money on overnight shipping for the car to sit for ******* spark plugs. You really cant fail any harder then that LOL...

NGK BKR7E is 2 steps colder than stock. I used NGK LFR6A-11 in mine when it was boosted for 30k. They are copper and 1 heat range cooler.

at the risk of giving the OP some credit, I'd really like to know how you got the damn thing to fit in your car. I tried helping my friend install one this past weekend, and we couldn't get the pulley to clear the body. Did the shop you took it to do some hacking? I'd really like to know since this is a legitimate build.

I think they may have fabricated the manifold, which would be a great bet because of the angle it is at as well.

When we did the install on my car, we had to take a dremel and cut a section out of the sheet metal so the stock pulley could spin without hitting it. Not sure how big his pulley is on the tvs compared to the stock m62 pulley, but they'd definately have to do some cutting to get it to spin

my friend also has a 2.4 auto. We ended up using an m62 with a stage II pulley. Sucker barely fit, so I'm a little worried about when he goes WOT. I considered taking a dremel to that piece of metal, but it wasn't my car and therefor not my decision to make.

Here is another thing he may need to worry about:

Okay so fred just confirmed from his contacts at GM that there were motors built with the 2.2 style non forged rod

They said the earlier years had the lsj style and the last motors made were made with the lnf style, but there were motors made in between with non forged rods! SO be aware!
I'm not saying that he does but with the TVS he'll have more than enough power to do some real damage.
