Updated Timing Chain Tensioner

Is this the updated, correct one? I've crosschecked the part number with CED, but this one is so much less money, I just wanted to make sure.

Thanks

Powell, I should also look for the small void in the tensioner fas it pertains to hydraulic pressure, correct?

Looks like someone already replaced mine with the new tensioner, according to the bolt head. I don't see the markings on the corners, but the washer is also there. Looks really old. I have the new one here on me, think I should replace still? Or keep this one in?
