What is the 4t45e converter stall stock and what stall should I go for?

quite possibly a different stall was used on the 2.2's.

all auto deltas use the same 4t45e tranny, and i dont think they have different converters for the same tranny (a different converter would probably yield a different tranny name, like a 4t50 or something)
