What Would I Run?
All he did was ask a question....maybe never been to a dragstrip before. Can't know everything when you start out. I remember Noobs talking about their stock 69 Camaros and early 70's Monte Carlos being able to do 9 second Quarter Miles....they were in for a BIG disappointment when they finally got to the track...

I didn't run this weekend. I couldn't make it down to MIR because it poured yesterday and today I already had plans to go to Kings Dominion (an amusement park if you didn't know).

feels like we are on an episode of pass time. These are my slips the first one is with header(crappy gm header), muffler, and intake on a relatively cool day. Second is same mods with the addition of a down pipe and a high flow cat on a what would be considered a cold day in Florida. So my guess would be around 15.7 at about 87 mph. Now with a better header, no cat, a good tune, and some tranny mounts I've got mine running a 15.17 on a hot humid day at 89 mph(corrected time of 14.98 for those concerned with density altitude). Of course every car is different but hopefully this is helpful in giving you an idea.
