btw just went out for a test drive and you will not be able to run the 2.75" on 60's. you need a return fuel system at the very least and 60's. idc's were 130% with a 11.8 afr

As for the MAF, MAP, and fuel being maxed out, is that because you are not tuned yet or is it because have indeed exceeded their limits? I have an Injen intake, and when I was turning 24-25psi with the twinscrew I was still within the tuneable limits of the car's sensors. I was on the high end of the scale, but there was indeed enough fuel with a bit to spare after being tuned. You could also be moving a lot more CFMs too even know you're right around the same PSI. Hmmm....
I thought our MAP sensor was a 2.5bar sensor or is it a 2.0bar which should cover what the blower is belting out? You're right on using the bigger TB and larger intake diameter to assist with the MAF for sure as I was right on the tale end of it's limits after tuning.
