btw whats the max the stock MAP wil register with the comp, cause I've logged my car and it peaks at 22.34 psi (I'm hoping I'm not pushing it higher than that) also blew a coupler apart this morning... damnit

Somewhere around 23 psi should be 5v on the MAP iirc.

Just a little FYI for those on stock engines. I only ran the car for about 15 minutes after installing it but with the 3.34" (85mm) pulley, it seems to make about as much boost as the 2.8" M62 did assuming my boost gauge is somewhat correct. I have no data to compare yet as I had other things I had to do last night afterwards, I'll have something for you guys today though.

The MAP is a 2.5 bar gauge, or 3.5 bar absolute, so.. ~36psi is the max of the sensor...
What the ECU reads to... I have no clue.

If you have the latest version of HPTuners they fixed the MAP scaling after a year of nagging them about it. Stock MAP should show 270.59kpa at 5v. Comes out to about 24.5psi when the over voltage code should trip.

Good deal.
270.6kpa sounds about right, considering the overshoot that Bosch allows for...
